The cutting horse business is a unique opportunity to blend business and pleasure. With your own cutting horse business you will be able to train, show, and breed your horse, with all expenses of your investments being tax deductable. White Performance Horses will work closely with your cutting horse business in consulting, building a plan, and finding a horse that fits your plan. After your horse is found we will continue that relationship, providing you with the training,showing, and promoting of your cutting horses. Ensuring you have proper records, and follow your budget. All the while working our hardest to make it a great experience and a profitable business for you.

-Yearling is Purchased for the price of $10,000.00 and insured for that price by the investor.
White Performance Horses is offering a one of a kind investment opportunity, partnering with you as owners of cutting horse prospects, buying and selling through leading horse sales each year. Yearlings prospects will be bought, brought home and trained in cutting for the following year, then taken and sold as a trained two year old prospect the following year.
-Yearling is under care and training of White Perfomance Horses, while feed and veterinarian care is provided by the owner totaling $2,000 for the year.
-Horse is sold in Trained Two Year old sale for the price of $18,000
-Net profit is $6,000 which is split evenly between owner and trainer resulting in a 30% increase in investors money over one years time.

We will be hosting full day riding clinics throughout the summer. Each day will be limited to six riders, at a cost of $150 each person. Stalls for one night and meals will be provided.
Each person will be responsible for any feed and supplements for horses.
